Shipping And Return Policy

Shipping:

All orders will ship Monday through Friday.  Orders will ship within 3  to 5 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you.  

Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it is missing an item please let us know within 2 business days that something is missing.  Please contact us at sales@artglitter.com with your name, order number and email and let us know what is missing.  We will ship the missing item out immediately or can issue you a store credit.

 

 

Returns:

 

Our policy lasts 30 days from order date to send back products for a refund.  Only retail products (purchased at wholesale or retail pricing) may be returned for a full refund.

Bulk items (such as pounds of glitter), high quantities of retail items (more than 20 total items) and opened products (if applicable) that are to be returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the returned items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All sales are final regarding special sales, clearance items and custom orders will not be refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning purchased goods. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If your item gets lost without tracking, unfortunately we cannot refund a purchase without receiving the items being returned.
