Shipping
Orders are processed in 2 to 6 business days. All orders in the continental U.S. under 4 pounds are shipped via Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 3 days (peak seasons will take longer).

EXPEDITED OVERNIGHTED ORDERS: Shipping costs start at $20 - $50. Rates are based on weight of order and distance traveled. Please notify us that you are requesting expedited services at the time you place your order in the comments area of the credit card page. To receive this service you must provide your phone number. An Art Glitter representative will contact you shortly. We cannot guarantee any shipping changes once your order has been placed.

NOTE: DOMESTIC ORDERS going to cold climates in the winter require additional packaging for adhesive purchases. A surcharge of $4.50 will be added to these orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Shipping fees are based on weight and flat rate fees do not apply. Shipping charges will not be added to your purchase at check-out.  All international orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Fed Ex charges are based on weight, size and fuel surcharges. Charges begin at approximately $55 and can be as high as $75 for larger orders.

Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept prepay with a money order.

Pricing
Prices are valid from September 1, 2009, and are subject to change without notice.

Damaged Merchandise
Notify us immediately upon receiving damaged or missing product. Claims must be handled through us within 10 business days. To file a claim, you must have original box, label, packing material, and merchandise.

Return Policy
Undamaged, unopened items may be returned to address below at your cost within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Call us and speak to a customer service representative to ensure proper crediting.
