Theresa Meismser: Glittered Transparency Card

Here is one of my favorite uses for your glitter. I have friends request birthday cards as their present. Thank you for making such gorgeous glitter colors.

Stamp image (Stamps Happen) on a sheet of acetate with permanent,
black dye ink. Use a glue that dries clear, apply to acetate, one color at a time. The colors used include angel dust, royal wink, leaf, plum loco and brown. Use peaches 'n cream fabric paint for the face and gel pens for the eyes and lips. It may take a couple of days to dry but once you can "see" the image on the front of the acetate you're ready to cut it out and apply to cardstock with heavy duty glue dots and then embellish the hat.
