Nancy Woods: Glitter Embellished Post Cards


I found these "vintage" post cards for a song at an antique store. They actually celebrate George Washington's Birthday, but are perfect for a patriotic 4th of July card. Glued them to cardstock, cut off the corners with deckle scissors and embellished them with Art Glitter.

Art Glitter products used: Ultrafine Opaque Hologram #126 C3, Ultrafine Opaque #291 Fire Engine and #32 True Blue, and Ultrafine Transparent #85 Crystal. Designer Dries Clear adhesive with Barbara's Ultrafine Metal Tip attached.

Just follow the patterns already there, add a highlight here, darken a shadow there. Then frame it with lines and dots of glitter galore!
