South Mountain High School Art Students and their teacher Janet Broyles glitter up a storm!

My jewelry girls glittered slats for this Adirondack chair dedicated to the 1950's and 1960's. That's why you'll see all of the names of celebrities from those eras.

We did "sketches" on watercolor paper before going to the wooden slats. One of the girls "sketches" won a $500 Chairman's Award at one of our local exhibits/competitions. I don't think people realize that glitter can be used to create fine arts pieces.
